Define what moves and where
List tray or compartment dimensions, total and per-tray load, spill risk and peak trips per hour. Measure routes with chairs, people and doors in their normal positions.
Confirm building interfaces
Elevator and automatic-door integration is building-specific. Confirm vendor permission, network requirements, fire-safety constraints and who maintains each interface. A multi-floor marketing claim does not prove compatibility with your building.
Request an operational test
Test busy-hour navigation, failed deliveries, battery recharge, manual recovery and staff handover. Check spare parts, service coverage and response terms before signing.
