This policy explains how China Robot Directory handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, country, optional company, optional robot selection, message, consent record, source page, and submission time. We also store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from your network address for abuse prevention; the raw address is not intentionally stored in the directory database.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, maintain submission records, protect the service from spam and abuse, and improve directory coverage. We do not operate a user account system, sell inquiry data, or use submitted information for automated decision-making.

Service providers and transfers

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare D1 stores application data and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. These services may process technical request information according to their own policies and infrastructure locations.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, security, and operational records. You may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. We may retain limited information when legally required or necessary to protect the service.

Security and updates

We use access controls, server-side validation, encrypted transport in production, and anti-abuse controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
